So I guess I better update this blog, because it has been quite a while since I was last on here. Well, I am going to Korea in one week! The reason? To study the language and culture. Hopefully I will be able to read, write and talk in Korean.
I am going to study at Inje University in Kimahe, which is outside of Busan. I will be there from August 28 – December 10, so a long time.
As of right now, I am busy trying to see friends before I leave, do some yoga, pack and clean and of course go to the State Fair. So some fun stuff and some not so fun stuff. The anxiety and excitement is starting to get to me. One more week and I will be back in my homeland. Smelling the smells and eating yummy Korean food. Oh and eating real Korean BBQ instead of the lame Minnesotan way.
Hopefully I wil be able to meet with my birth mother again. We shall see.
